BosLab offers classes that allow the community to learn hands-on molecular and synthetic biology in a fun and friendly environment.
Basics of Biohacking
Want to get some hands-on experience in molecular biology? We are offering a 2-day introductory course that will guide you through the basics of molecular biology and the techniques of bacterial transformation, polymerase chain reaction (PCR), and gel electrophoresis.
Class will be back early 2018, stay tuned!

Lab skills and safety training
This class teaches you how to use pretty much every piece of equipment that people use in a bio lab.
You will run a PCR protocol, make competent cells, learn how to use our centrifuge, our autoclave (loading, operating safely, how to react in case of a malfunction) and, believe it or not, how to use a microwave in a lab setting!
