Guidelines

Our volunteer scientists will not answer to the following types of questions:

• that had already been answered  (please check here​!)

• that can be easily answered by simple search on the Internet

• best answered by specialized consultant (e.g. concerning the development of a commercial product)

• best answered by professional advice (of physician, veterinarian, arborist etc.)

Disclaimer

• We will try to answer a submitted question in 7 days. Please keep in mind that our scientists are volunteers and sometimes due to high volume of questions may not be able to respond in this time period. Please be patient.

• We will try to answer all the questions. However, we reserve the right to not answer a question if it is outside of area of expertise of our scientists or if the question doesn't follow guidelines above.
